The District Plans 2009/10 provide a snap shot of previous performance at district and station level.
In addition to this it also provides targets for 2009/10 along with reasons for performance and the initiatives to support this performance. The targets are supported by the priorities that have been set and agreed with each District Manager.
The priorities will be measured throughout the year via the quarterly performance reporting process.
The targets which particularly relate to the Neighbourhood Fire Team are those which refer to deliberate fires.
