Consultation is the process of engaging with members of the community to determine their views and opinions on the services we provide. We regularly consult with the public through a variety of means including focus groups, surveys and our website.
As part of the introduction of Comprehensive Area Assessment (CAA) we are working more and more closely with our partners. Our partners include the 5 local authorities of Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, South Tyneside and Sunderland in addition to other emergency services such as Northumbria Police and North East Ambulance Service to name a few.
