Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service recognises it is important to provide feedback to everyone who has taken part in its consultation events, providing details of the overall results and how this information will be used to influence the future plans of the Fire and Rescue Service.
Results will only be available once the consultation period is complete and all results have been reported to the appropriate committees.
Between October 2013 and January 2014, Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service undertook a public consultation exercise regarding the future of its operational response.
The consultation involved public meetings across all 5 districts within Tyne and Wear, meetings with key stakeholders and an online survey.
