Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service has developed the below policy and guidance documents in partnership with; Local Authorities in Northumberland and Tyne and Wear, Northumbria Police, North East Ambulance Service NHS Trust, Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service, Tyne and Wear Emergency Planning Unit and Northumberland Emergency Planning Department.

 

The purpose of these documents is to provide a framework for organisations from which event safety can be achieved and to create uniformity in application of safety requirements and guidance across the region.

 

This guidance can be applied events of all sizes, held by any type of organisation or individual.
